Terms of Service

The service

Pocket Poultry lets you record houses, flocks, egg production, mortality, feed, health, sales, expenses, inventory, and farm members. There is no published paid plan on this site. Features are those described in the product, and we may change them.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe
• You may sign in with email and password, Google, or a passkey
• One person per account; do not share credentials
• You must verify your email before using the farm workspace

Farms and roles

A farm is an organization in the product. The owner controls invitations and roles: owner, manager, worker, and viewer. Members only see and change what their role allows. You may belong to more than one farm.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another farm without an invitation
• Do not abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Inventory photos and other uploads must be related to farm operations and must not be unlawful
• Do not use the service to send spam or malicious invitations

Farm data

Records you enter belong to that farm. Other members of the farm can see them according to their role. We process that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No professional advice

Dashboards, alerts, and records are operational tools. They are not veterinary, financial, legal, or production guarantees. You remain responsible for animal welfare, food safety, and business decisions.

Availability

We provide the service as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a service-level agreement, or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the system.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pocket Poultry is not liable for lost profits, lost records, flock losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. The service is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for on-farm judgment.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the service. After termination, farm data may be deleted according to our retention practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post a new version on this page means you accept the update. The date at the top is the latest revision.
